Get Ready: ABRAFATI 2017 Begins Tomorrow

Registrations for the Congress and entries to visit the Exhibition can still be completed online. It’s the last chance to take part in the coatings industry’s top event in Latin America.

Leading professionals and companies in the coatings supply chain are going to be at ABRAFATI 2017 from October 03 through 05, at São Paulo Expo. With the central theme of “Adding Value”, it will be an ideal opportunity for acquiring new knowledge, discussing ideas and plans, networking, and closing deals.

Kicking off the program each day, the three Plenary Sessions are ushering in original takes on topics that are key to the coatings supply chain, such as competitiveness, sustainability, and emerging technologies. Those will be followed by 130 studies to be presented at the technical conferences, the Poster Session, and the Radiation Curing Seminar, showing the paths of innovation in paints and coatings.

At the same time as the technical program plays out, 196 of the world’s major suppliers will be showcasing at their booths and commercial lectures in the Product Introduction Area a broad range of solutions and resources that they have available for paint manufacturers to add value to their products.

Among the innovations prepared for this edition are a presentation by Abiquim on responsible consumption and use of solvents, a special gathering targeting paint retailers, and a space set aside for start-ups in the industry.

“The Congress and Exhibition are going to provide a panoramic view of the megatrends dictating the paths for the coatings industry moving forward and the innovations developed with a view to following them,” says Telma Florêncio, director of Corporate Events at ABRAFATI.
